1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (gluten-free flour can be substituted)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup water
2 flax eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup dairy free
1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients. Mix together. Move to greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
